Before he was creating all-natural haircare products derived from pure botanicals and essential oils, Philip Berkovitz, aka Philip B., was making a name for himself in the ’80s and ’90s as one of Los Angeles’ most in-demand celebrity hairstylists, coiffing the locks of everyone from Sharon Stone and Madonna to Paul Newman.
